Do we accept returns and exchanges?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you wish to exchange merchandise in saleable condition, we will happily issue a merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. For all returns or exchanges, please send an email to support@elemoon. There are no refunds, with the exception of a defected product, in which case we will promptly issue a refund and/or send you a new one upon receiving the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned via insured courier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc) so that we can track the package. We apologize that shipping costs are non refundable.
